When the breath runs out, it is connected with death; when it comes in, it is connected with life.
You breathe through each mouth and die; you breathe through each mouth and you are born again.
[Life and death are not the same thing: they are the same thing.
And at every moment, they all appear together.
So remember: When the breath runs out, feel like you are going to die.
Do not be afraid.
If you are afraid, your breathing will be disrupted.
Accept it: the breath of running out is death.
And death is beautiful, it’s a relaxation.
